Returns

If you receive an item from us, we would like to ask you to handle it with the utmost care.

If an item does not fit, or the item does not meet your expectations for whatever reason, there is the option to exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt of the item and to make use of the right of withdrawal.

This is subject to a number of conditions:

  • The item is unused and shows no traces that it has been worn (fitting is of course allowed). We reserve the right to refuse returned items if stains are found or if it is suspected that the items have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
  • The article must be returned with all tags attached to the article and in the accompanying packaging.
  • The item must be returned to us with proof of shipment.
  • The costs for returning the article as well as the shipping risk are for the customer’s own account.
  • After the return period (14 days), the item can no longer be exchanged or returned.
  • For exchange or return of an item, the return form must be completed in full and must be sent with the item that is returned to us.

In the event of an article being exchanged, we will pay the shipping costs of the article to be resent once.

In case of a return of an item, we will transfer the payment asap but within 14 days after receipt of the item to the bank account from which you have paid us the item including shipping costs.
