LIFT cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and we handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by LIFT. The starting date for the validity of these conditions is 01-01-2021, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. About the data processing

Below you can read how we process your data, where we save it, which security techniques we use and for whom the data is transparent.

Web store software

Our webshop has been developed with software from WordPress and Woocommerce. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will not be shared. WordPress and Woocommerce has no access to your data.

Web hosting

We purchase web hosting and email services from the company Versio via a white label. Personal data is stored on our behalf on servers managed and owned by Versio. Versio and intermediary does not view / use your data for their own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the webshop and website. These are not personal data. Versio has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Versio is obliged to observe secrecy on the basis of the agreement.

Email and mailing lists

MailChimp We send our e-mail newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and e-mail address for its own purposes. You will see the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every e-mail that is automatically sent via our website. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether e-mails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share information with third parties in this context. We use the services of for our regular business e-mail traffic. Payment processors

Mollie We use the Payment Service Provider Mollie to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. In the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Mollie shares personal data and order data with post-payment service providers. All the above-mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie’s services for which it engages third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than permitted by the legal terms.

Shipping and logistics

DHL & PostNL with Parcel If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of Parcel / PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with Parcel / PostNL in order, for example, to be able to send a tracking code. Parcel / PostNL uses this information only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, Parcel / PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.

Retention periods

We keep your data as long as you are our customer. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also regard this as a request to forget. On the basis of applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your assignment.
